How To Use These Resources
Askesis embraces a minimalist mindset, with less clutter and more clarity. We provide Google Sheet versions of some resources for those who prefer an electronic format. However, we encourage you to be mindful of distractions and unnecessary digital consumption. Printing is also a form of consumption, but for some, it offers a way to disconnect and focus deeply. Choose the format that best supports your focus, discipline, and learning.
Not all materials are available as Google Sheets, some are supplemental guides and supportive content intended to help you think more intentionally. Because so much of our financial lives exist online, you should decide what tools work best for your journey.
Document Downloads
Use these documents in sequential order. You must first confront your reality and the begin to peel back the onion of your financial life. An intentional life takes time to build. Give yourself grace in adjusting but don’t lose urgency.
