Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. For those just starting out, we highly encourage you to exhaust all free resources prior to purchasing a coaching session. If you’re unsure of whether or not this would be productive for you, we offer a free 15 minute discovery session to break the ice and learn more about each other. Coaching is consumption. Any consumption should be necessary or provide significant value over and above it’s cost to align with the Askesis mindset.

All monthly plans are no contract and no commitment. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged the following month. The Discovery session is completely free with no strings attached. All individual and group coaching is prepaid, payment can be made prior to or at the beginning of the session. Monthly coaching is prepaid with payment being made on or before the first of the next calendar month. The first month will be prorated from your start date with payment being due on or before the first session.

Coaching Etiquette and Disclaimer
All Askesis’ individual members must begin through the complimentary session. We will both need to decide whether this is a good fit. The Askesis mindset will only be fully adopted by about 2% of the general population. I am not here simply to take your money and this isn’t about me making money off of you. You are paying for my time, knowledge, and proven experience. You must prove you have the mindset and I must believe I can provide value to you.
